PRIVACY POLICY REF. ART. 13 LEG. DECREE 196/2003

 

Pursuant to the article 13 concerning Legislative Decree 196/2003, we wish to inform the users that the company mentioned in the footnote, owner of the present web site, commits to processing the personal data guaranting the respect of the above mentioned privacy policy, protecting their secrecy.

 

This web site collects useful data for web surfing processing the same in an anonymous way through automatized and not automatized systems, respecting the requisites indicated in the privacy code. This is necessary for the user's correct fruition of the site as many software procedures, that enable the site to operate correctly, collect users' personal data transferring them implicitely in the use of internet communication protocols. These data make it possible to identify users (f.i. IP address), and are processed in an anonymous way only for statistical purpose, thus being saved for a limited period necessary to the completion of the above mentioned formalities.

 

The processing, pursuant to art. 4 clause 1 lett. a) of the above mentioned decree, considers the collection, registration, organization, conservation, consulting, processing, modification, extraction selection, comparison, use, interconnection, interruption, communication, cancellation and destruction of the data.

 

The data provision is necessary for the web owner to provide users with commercial information on products, answer users' requests, fulfill regulatory requirements, particularly administrative and fiscal ones.

 

Web users are guaranteed  the rights provided by art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, especially the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data and their communication in an intelligible form, the right to ask for data modification, updating and cancellation and the right to oppose to their processing.

These rights can be carried out contacting directly by e-mail or postal mail the company responsible for the data processing at the address indicated in the present web site.

 

 

COOKIE POLICY

 

Cookies, little text files automatically set on the user's pc, contain information on web surfing and are recognized each time the user visits the site.
